How much is shipping?
We ship your order Australia Wide using domestic and international couriers. Standard charges are automatically calculated at checkout however if your order is bulky then or you reside in a non-metropolitan area, then charges will be higher.
International orders will incur a shipping fee which is automatically calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is completed, shipping to Australia is 7 – 10 working days (Delays are to be expected during busy periods). Shipping to New Zealand, US and Canada it can take up to 14 working days. We use Air mail so during busy times it may take a little longer.
My Order is taking long what can I do?
If you have been waiting longer than the times listed above then please get in touch and we can lodge an enquiry with the postal service. If we still cannot get an answer then, a full refund will be issued.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price.
All goods must be returned at the buyer’s expense and be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging.
